Bedbugs hitch-hike to get around. What this means is they are very easily spread from place to place, attaching themselves to your luggage or clothing, they often find their way to people’s sleeping areas.
With increasing numbers of hotels, hostels and shared accommodation, it is not surprising that bed bugs have been on the increase for decades.
Treatment – how to remove Bedbugs
Bug Busters Pest Control will carry out a detailed survey for bed bugs and leave no stone unturned looking for evidence of bed bugs, which includes your bed and the inside of your bedside tables or drawers.
The standard treatment for any infested premises is the application of an insecticide, either as a liquid spray or fumigation. The insecticide is applied to all beds affected and all floor surfaces in that area.
Bug Busters Pest Control will require the customer to strip all beds of linen and blankets and free up as much floor space as possible.
All linen, clothing and textiles should be washed where possible following the manufacturers guidelines.
